But 20 and out, should have really been 60 and out. The plan was for Martin’s 20th Great North Run to coincide with his, ahem, 60th Birthday a few years ago. But covid put a stop to that.

Due to the thousands of people running the Great North Run, by the time Martin eventually got over the start line, legendary Mo Farah had crossed the finish line.
